Rosetta is continuing its 4th orbit around the Sun as part of its interplanetary journey. The spacecraft distance from the Sun is increasing and will reach a maximum of about 2.26 AU in December 2008. |

| Mission Status
The spacecraft and its subsystem continue to perform nominally. Until mid-September the spacecraft was in active cruise mode with high activity level due to the 6th Active Payload Checkout. |

| Mission Status
Contact with TC-2 (the polar spacecraft), which was lost early August 2007 was successfully re-established in November. The spacecraft is in good shape and the European instruments (FGM magnetometer, PEACE electron sensor, and NUADU Neutral Imager) were switched on successfully. |

| Mars Express Status Report - March 2008 |
| Overall Mission, Payload, and Science Planning Status
On 2 October 2007 Mars Express successfully performed a close flyby of Phobos coming to within ~140 km of the moon. During the flyby a number of the HRSC observations were unfortunately lost due to an overload of the system. The impact of this is relatively small as HRSC already has acquired a lot of detailed Phobos data during past observations. The data from MARSIS for this close flyby, which are unique, are being analyzed. |

| Venus Express Status Report - March 2008 |
| Mission Status
Activities relating to the exit from the quadrature period were successfully concluded. VIRTIS operations were resumed on 4 November 2007. Data from the first measurements show the situation on the cryo-cooler motor current to slowly improve again. The scientific data are of the same quality as before. |
